We firmly believe that inclusion/including benefits organizations as well as its individual employees. Nonetheless, we are aware that some people may feel threatened by the idea of inclusion/including, or that some people have a distorted view of what inclusion/including is. We offer a balanced approach to promoting inclusion in which there is room for people’s doubts and fears regarding inclusion.
