The Including Behavior Institute aims to be the global knowledge and expertise center on how to do inclusion.
Our experts co-develop our theory on how to do inclusion and translate that to practice. All our experts are science-practitioners, which ensures that they have a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in inclusion, and are knowledgeable of the latest developments in the field.
All our trainers are content experts as well, often as a DEI practitioner. They have successfully followed our Train-the-Trainer training that equiped them to give the Including Behavior Training. As such, they are well-versed in our methodology and approach.
