Inclusion Needs & Wishes

We use quantitative and qualitative methods to examine the inclusion needs and wishes in the organization. Our scientifically validated inclusion scan provides insight in how inclusive the organization is, and what elements in and of the organization foster or threaten inclusion. Via interviews and focus groups, we unveil the more mundane causes of exclusive and inclusive experiences. In combination, these qualitative and quantitative methods provide a thorough assessment of the inclusion needs and wishes in the organization.
